About This Journal

The Singapore Academy of Law Journal SAcLJ ISSN 0218-2009 serves as a scholarly source for articles pertinent to Singapore and the common law legal systems. In addition to academic papers, it also features commentaries, case studies, book reviews, and select lectures from esteemed speakers at Singapore Academy of Law events.

Submissions to the SAcLJ are peer-reviewed by experts in relevant fields from its International Referees Panel as well as academics, legal professionals, and officers. The journal employs a double-blind refereeing system ensuring anonymity throughout the review process for both authors and referees.

Accessible in digital and print formats, the SAcLJ publishes articles on e-First before compiling them into physical issues released in March and September.

The digital print-published content is avlable online through our e-Archive as well as LawNet, HeinOnline, and RMIT.

The Journals Advisory Committee of the Singapore Academy of Law oversees all SAcLJ content.
